2 Storey Cabins Feature large covered balcony upstairs with BBQ, living and
dining areas with TV/DVD, Austar, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Balcony downstairs
to Master bedroom, Queen size beds with electric blankets (seasonal) overhead
bunk in 2nd bedroom, linen provided. Free wireless internet (laptop required).
Cabins Feature large covered verandahs and include BBQ’s, TV’s,
DVD’s, air-conditioning, electric blankets (seasonal) fans, free wireless internet
access (laptop required) and linen is provided.
Lodgings Feature double bed with single bunk above. TV with Austar, bar fridge,
table and 2 chairs, wardrobe, wall fan. Share bathroom facilities with other
lodging guests or access main amenities block. Kitchen facilities available in camp
kitchen. Linen hire available. Free Wireless internet access (laptop required).

Payments & Cancellations
Deposits
$100 deposit required to secure all bookings.
Christmas and Easter bookings require balance to be paid by 31 October
(Christmas) and 1 March (Easter).
Full Payments
School Holidays and other periods require balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Surcharge
This applies on all 1 night stays (cabins) subject to availability
Refunds
Full refund given up to 1 month prior to arrival in high and mid-season and 48 hours in all other times, less a $10 administration fee.
Pets
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Batemans Bay Beach Resort.
Weekend Packages
Arrive from 2pm on Friday, depart up to 6pm on Sunday
