Payments & Cancellations
Deposits
A $200 (non refundable or transferrable) deposit is required for all Christmas/January bookings
1 night deposit is required to secure bookings at all other times
Christmas & Easter bookings require balance to be paid by 31st Oct (Christmas) & 1st March (Easter)
**A valid credit card in the name of the person making the booking will need to be produced on arrival**
Surcharge
This applies on all 1 night stays in the cabin accommodation – subject to availability
Refunds
In high season (excluding Christmas) and school holidays a full refund less a $10 admin fee will be given when 4 weeks notice is provided. In low season a full refund less a $10 admin fee will be given when 48 hours notice is provided.

Stay 7 nights and pay for 6 in all cabin, studio & site accommodation during low & mid seasons only

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at BIG4 Batemans Bay Beach Resort.
